At Willow Bath and Vanity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
